MILITARY FAMILY HOUSING MAINTENANCE: Requirement consists of repair and maintenance of 1697 MFH units and 45 MFH mobile home lots at Seymour Johnson AFB NC. Maintenance will be accomplished in a manner that will ensure the units and/or grounds are properly maintained to achieve clean, safe, livable environment. Work includes, but is not limited to, ensuring timely changes of occupancy maintenance, supplying and managing a service call system, appliance inspections/repairs and replacement, recurring maintenance inspections and repairs, grounds and playground equipment maintenance/repairs, and disaster response work. Performance will commence on or about ****01 Dec 99****. The contract will include an anticipated base year from 1 Dec 99 -- 30 Sep 00, and possibly ****seven (7)**** subsequent pre-priced one year option periods. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The applicable Standard Industry Classification (SIC) code for this acquisition is 8744 with a three-year average annual small business standard of $20 million. The successful contractor will be selected using performance/price tradeoff procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-1, resulting in the Best Value to the Government.
