The project consist of miscellaneous site drainage improvements in the form of removal/replacement/addition of the following: drainage inlets, PVC/RC pipes, concrete paving, trench drains, asphalt paving, head walls, gutters and downspouts (one building). Alternate No. 1 includes: Drainage outlet revisions at four locations including demolition of pipes/headwalls; installaiton of new headwalls, new rip rap, and new sodding at the Batesville Job Corps Center located in Batesville, Mississippi. Estimated time for construction is approximately 168 calendar days from Notice-to-Proceed to substantial completion. The estimated construction cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. For requests made after the supply is exhausted, the Contracting Officer may determine whether payment of a fee is warranted. The non-refundable fee shall not exceed the actual cost of duplication of the IFB documents, plus COD charges. A Pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for September 21, 1999, at 10:00 a.m. local time.
