request for proposals to implement an organized program to control the
wild hog population on the Department of Energy's Savannah River Site
(SRS) near Aiken, SC. This program will include trapping, the use of
trained dogs, and shooting hogs over bait stations. Contractor shall
provide all equipment, supplies, personnel, and supervision (with the
exception of the traps). Evaluation factors: Ability to perform in
accordance with the specifications including demonstrated satisfactory
experience in all three methods of wild hog control; ability to
satisfactorily collect required hog biological data; ability to
maintain quality control over work in progress; ability of dogs to
locate, track, and catch/bay hogs; ability to perform within
established time frame; ability to meet other contract requirements.
Solicitation is for one base year and two option years. SRS is a
restricted access Government facility and all persons entering must be
