Areas of delivery consist of Western Pennsylvania, Southeast Ohio, West Virginia and possibly parts of Maryland. Contractor will provide rental, maintenance, delivery, and pickup of NCPAP system to include all consumable, humidifier as necessary, compliance meters on equipment, patient training as necessary, set-up and patient orientation by Credentialed personnel with follow up. Follow-up with in-home visit in 2 to 4 weeks and annually thereafter, phone call follow-up at 6-month intervals; yearly manometer check performed, PRN follow ups as necessary for all clinical problems and/or compliance determinations.
