This effort will be placed as a new work modification to contract DAAB07-95-C-A005 on a sole sourse basis to Stanford Telecommunications Inc. The proposed acquisition is for six sets of initial pipeline spares in support of the Replacement Satellite Control Configuration Element (RSCCE). The initial pipeline spares are stock, stored, and replaced at the Depot level. When failures occur at the unit level, requisitions are submitted for a replacement that come from the Depot stock.
