This requirement is for a firm fixed price contract for on-site (NSWC Crane) Repair/Service Call to replace (3) XPE 16kP Pin Cards, (2) TXR Timing Generator Board A141164, (1) PS DUT supply 15V CM 184294-315, AND (1) PS DUT supply 40V CM for the TOPAZ V Tester. This requirement is being solicited on a sole source basis from HiLevel Technology, Inc., 2991 Dow Avenue, Tustin, CA 92680, due to the fact they are the manufacturer and the hardware & software used in the TOPAZ V Tester are proprietary to HiLevel. The service call must be completed on or before 30 September 1999. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the Agency. A fixed price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
