Manufacturer: Aim Safety; or comparable item. Desired Features: Digital
read out display, self powered, no plug-ins, no cord, no battery
replacement required, automatic daily self-testing, stores historic
information, includes a three-year full replacement warranty. Air Force

May 99, subject: Update to Technical Requirements for Military Family
Housing (MFH) Carbon Monoxide (CO) Detectors: Item 2A: CO detectors
shall have a service life/manufacturers recommended replacement not
less than five years. This is not necessarily the same as the warranty
