The Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (PAIHS) is soliciting quotations from interested Small Businesses, to provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment and travel to furnish and install an air compression system at the Whiteriver PHS Indian Hospital. Provide a code compliant medical air compression system consisting of two oil-less, air cooled, continous duty air compressor module, NEMA 12 rated central control panel, compressor motor controls and air quality monitors with alarms. All components system shall be in strict accordance with these specifications and NFPA and provide final certification of the system by an independent 3rd party. Technicians doing the installation must carry a medical brazing certificate and be factory trained and certified to service the equipment. The entire system shall carry a one-year parts and labor, factory backed warranty. The hospital will provide a properly sized fused disconnect from the essential power source and a temporary bottled gas air supply.
