The objective of this effort is to procure services in order to continue development of laboratory testbeds and test prototype algorithms for the research and development supporting In-Buoy Processing in a horizontal Planar or Horizontal Planar Array Sonobuoy. ORINCON is the sole developer of these algorithms and the only firm that possesses the necessary knowledge, experience, and technical data required to perform this effort within the limited constraints of the Navy.
