Satellite Transceiver Antenna DESC: 1 each PRC-117F with RF-360 Satelite Transceiver Antenna, consisting of the following specifications: (Multi Band receiver transmitter), frequency range: VHF-LOW 30.000- 89.99999990 MHZ VHF- HIGH 90.000-224.999990 MHZ UHF 225.000-512 MHZ UHF SATCOM 243.000-270.000 and 292-318 MHZ Transceiver must be capable of SINCGARS and HAVE-QUICK waveforms and have built-in COMSEC interoperability including: KY-57 VINSON, ANDVT/KYV-5 (Mode 3), KG-84C, and Transceiver must have full remote control capability and 12month warranty. Radio must include RF-3060 antennae used for UHF operations (244-318 MHZ). Antenna must include Carry Case gain extension, tripod, and two cables 12.5 ft. total length. There are several provisions and clauses that apply to this acquisition. The first provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, is applicable to this acquisition. There is an addendum to paragraph (h) in this provision. We will not be making multiple awards, justa single award. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is hereby incorporated with the following evaluation factors to be included in paragraph (a) technical capability of offered items to meet agency requirement, price, and past performance. Offerors must include with their offer a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications-Commercial Items. The next clause is 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items. Clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, shall also be incorporated into the contract.
