All perspective prime contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. must register at http://www.efdsw.navfac.navy.mil in order to be placed on the perspective planholders' list. Prime contractors that do not register at the website will NOT receive one of the limited quantity of CD-ROMs that will be available for prime contractors only. No additional CD-ROMs will be produced after the initial supply is exhausted. CD-ROMs will be reserved for those prime contractors registered at the aforementioned website. The budget for this project is $43,620,000. Proposals exceeding this amount might not be considered. Award of this project is contingent upon approval of all required enviromental documentation.
