This is a sole source requirement to provide equipment and services to upgrade compass calibration system for the HH-60J aircraft and airport alignment area located at the U.S. Coast Guard Aircraft Repair & Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC in accordance with the OEM specifications. This requirement includes the following: (1) Upgrading existing MC-2 Compass Calibration System to the MC-2000 Solid State Magnetic Compass Calibration System; (2) H-60/MC-2000 Interface Cables; (3) H-60/MC-2000 Aircraft Compass System Calibration Procedures. The USCG intends to award a purchase order to the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), which is Tecstar Electro Systems Division, Durham, NC. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it supply the OEM upgrade data. Items are to be delivered to USCG Aircraft Repair & Supply Center, Receiving Section, Bldg. 63, Elizabeth City, NC. 27909.
