VAMC Phoenix AZ intends to negotiate with Executone Information Systems Inc to service our nurse call system in the NHCU. Executone shall reinstall devices that were salvaged by the VAMC from other areas of the medical center that are under remodel, into the nursing home care unit. Some new parts will also be required to provide a complete, functional system and provide a one year warranty. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive prposals. However, all concerns able to meet the above requirements shall demonstrate their capability in writing to this office within 15 calendar days after publication of this synopsis.
