Cheatham Lake is located on the Cumberland River in Middle Tennessee in Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Montgomery, and Stewart counties. This will be a Performance Based Contract. Solicitations will be available on or about 09 September 1999 on CD-ROM only. Proposals are to be received by the close of business (4:15 p.m. Central Standard Time) 20 October 1999. Work to begin on or about 01 March 2000 with the option to renew for four (4) additional one year periods. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8744. Size Standard for Small Business is average annual receipts for preceding three (3) years not to exceed $20 million.
