The National Park Service, Grand Canyon National Park, has identified a requirement for rehabilitation services outlined herein. Work shall be performed on Government-owned space at the Albright Training Center in Grand Canyon Village on the South rim of Grand Canyon National Park, approximately 60 miles North of Williams, Arizona on State Route 64. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, service, training, insurance and equipment as needed to perform the following work: (1) ELECTRICAL; upgrade electrical service from the meter throughout the building (including grounding, replacement of distribution panels and adding outlets to classrooms and offices), identification and removal of abandoned wiring in crawlspaces and installation of raceways for all that remains, and replacement of 20 walkway lights with lighted bollards (2) MECHANICAL; Repairs to broken or missing ductwork, overhaul of existing exhaust fans and installation of controls (3) ARCHITECTURAL; replace gutters and downspouts, installclassroom window shades and ceiling access panels. Work shall be compliance with technical specifications and all Federal, State and local ordinances, regulations and rules pertaining to each phase.
