Amendment 1 to RFQ 53SBNB960133, a combined announcement/solicitation, Request for Quotes (RFQ), is issued to incorporate the following changes: 1. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Jan 1999) is removed and does not apply to this acquisition. 2. This acquisition is being conducted under FAR PART 13 -- SIMPLIFIED PROCEDURES and FAR Subpart 13.5 -- Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. 3. Quotes must contain sufficient information to demonstrate the vendor's ability to meet the Government's needs as described in the statement of work. Each quote must contain a list of contacts, including telephone numbers, that may be contacted to attest to the vendor's past performance in successfully accomplishing activities similar to those listed in the solicitation. 4. FAR clause 52.217-5 Evaluation of Options is added and applies to this solicitation. 5. FAR clause 52.222-43 is added and applies to this solicitation. A wage determination from the Department of Labor has been requested for Eglin AFB, FL and will be incorporated by amendment if received prior to the quotes, or at the time of award, and will apply to the resulting purchase order. W.D No 94-2122 for Eglin AFB, FL is provided by reference for information purposes. 6. FAR clause 52.222-47 is removed and does not apply to this solicitation. 7. This acquisition is unrestricted. However, all qualified Small Businesses are encouraged to submit a quotation. 8. Vendors must be located within the SE FLC region geographical area for award of the purchase order. 9.
