Contractor shall provide to the Department of Veterans Affairs, Portland VA Medical Center which is seeking request for quotes to provide a cardiac electrophysiology (EP) lab system to be utilized by the Cardiac Cath Lab. System will be used for a variety of studies including heart ablation clinical procedures. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not requested; and written solicitation will not be issued. Required system shall be brand name or equal to the 32 channel CardioLab EP System with the RF Ablation Device Interface module, 2 high resolution monitors (21"), 32 channel strip chart recorder, currently available from the Pruka Engineering Inc. Provided system must be able to record, store, and manage fluoroscopy images in a compressed format. System must be compatible with a basketcatheter as well as a Phillip's Cath Lab Xray System (Model Optimus M200). Full compatibility and interfacing with the Phillips will solely be the responsibility of the EP Lab provider. System shall be a multitasking system allowing for simultaneous processing minimally including signal acquisition, data storage, data review, analysis. System must include 4 pressure inputs, 64 cateter input possibilities, and fully spport both ER and Cardiovascular studies. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and incidentals to install provided system.
