Z -- INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER RETREATMENT UPGRADES, NAVAL STATION, MAYPORT, FL SOL N62467-98-B-2468 DUE 092099 POC Combined Acquisition Office Jacksonville Region, (904)542-5571 X-112 The work includes providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervison to constgruct an AFFF collection tank and pump station at the helicopeter hangar (building 1552) a an oil/water separator at the Helicopter Wash Rack. The work includes construction ofa below grade 10,000 gallon rectangular precast concrete tank and pump station to collect inadvertant AFFF releases at the helicopter hangar. Modify the existing diversion chamber, including replacement of butterfly valve and pneumatic operator; constgruct overflow weir at exing storm sewer outlet, and connect influent pipe to the new ank; sanitary manhole; and incidental related work. Construct an undergroud 5,000 gallon oil/water separator in existing pipeline between the helicopter wash racks and an existing flow diversion pit. During construction, bypass pumping to wash rack drainage (albeit wash water or storm water) will be required to provide continuous wash rack use. Remove inoperative valve from diversion pit; provide new butterfly valve and electric motor operator, and associated control system including a flowmeter and timer.
