Marshall, Contracting Officer Pre-Solicitation Notice: The work includes the furnishing of labor, materials, and equipment to: (1) construct a single story, air conditioned masonry building addition, containing a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), an auditorium, briefing and class rooms; (2) remodel portions of the existing building; (3) construct a canopy covered aircraft parking apron and inert weapons storage facility; (4) provide site improvements. The proposed procurement is Unrestricted. The estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Contract Completion Date is approximately 09 November 2000.
