The project consists of the construction of a two-story duplex modular residential building, including a two-car garage, complete and ready for occupancy. The work includes a poured concrete foundation, electrical, water, and telephone utility services, forced air heating and cooling systems, on-site sewage disposal system, paved driveway, and site work. Estimated construction cost is between $100,000 and $250,000.
