The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, and services to accomplish the construction of the USPS Heights Station and associated site work in Billings, MT 59107-9998. The work includes earthwork, site utilities, paving, landscaping, concrete, masonry, metal framing, gypsum board partitions, single ply roofing, acoustical lay-in ceiling, painting, flooring including vct and porcelain tile, storefront, electrical including lighting, and mechanical including rooftop package units. The construction cost range is $2,350,000 to $2,650,000. The performance period is 260 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Plans will be provided to local plan rooms upon their request. The solicitation package will be available on or about August 06, 1999, for a non-refundable fee of $100.
