1999 DEFENSE FORCE FORUM AND SYMPOSIUM -- HEIDELBERG, GERMANY The U.S. Army, Europe (USAREUR) and the European Department, Association of the U.S. Army (AUSA) are co-sponsoring the 1999 Defense Force Forum and Symposium. The event is an officially recognized professional development forum for Army personnel with 800 to 1,000 participants each day.
