(202) 942-4994 The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)intends to
negotiate on a sole source basis with Frequent Flyer Solutions, (FTS),
6955 South Union Park Center, Suite 420, Midvale, Utah 84047-4135, for
the purchase of FTS's Frequent Flyer Travel Management System services.
Windows-based software will be utilized in support of the SEC to
provide account management (i.e., tracking of bonuses, monitoring
awards, managing certificates and tickets redeemed, and reconciling
accounts), as well as an easy access to comparative, up to date
frequency program information. The frequent flyer management system
must be functional with the United Airlines APOLLO and American SABRE
systems. Interested vendors are requested to submit documentation and
pricing that substantiates their ability to meet the stated
requirement. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a
document will be considered non-responsive. No telephone requests will
be honored, written responses only. If a solicitation is issued, a
second synopsis will not be published. If no affirmative responses are
received within 15 days of publication of this notice, the Government
