Century Road, Paramus, NJ 07652 on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS for the following: H1024 High Resolution FA ImageNet System, Digital Color Upgrade (800x600) for 1024 System, TRC-50EX Retinal Camera and Networked Laser Review Station @ Laser Room. System must be compatible with VAMC Baltimore to allow sharing of ImageNet 2000 native files; have minimum 1/2 stop flash exposure control; be ADA and Y2K compliant; have angles of coverage of 50, 35 and 20 degrees; have programmable flash capability for use with various filters and dial settings; 35mm camera that provides advance/rewind; be supplied with capabilities to accept future 32-bit requirements; provide ability to combine different dates and procedures; have hardware/software that interfaces directly to TRC-50EX to automatically capture magnification angles, and right/left eye data directly into image software patient database; ability to produce printed proofsheets composed of individual full resolution images; ability to send and receive in the following formats: TIF, JPG, DCM, BMP; drives to maintain 8 CD's of patient data of HD. This is a commercial item supply procurement under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items.
