This effort will be a best value source selection conducted in accordance with Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFFARS) 5315.3 Source Selection and the AFMC supplement (AFMCFARS). Award will be made to the offeror who is deemed responsible in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), whose proposal conforms to the solicitation's requirements and is judged to represent the best value to the Government. The proposed contract will be Firm-fixed Price for a total of 1,545 Central Processor Units (CPUs). Five of these will be subjected to first article testing.
