Z -- BUILDING 410B EXTENSION AMENDMENT SOL RAQ990019 DUE 092099 POC Kay Ryan, Contract Specialist, 208-387-5717 Solicitation #RAQ990019 to extend the Telecommunications Building #410B with a permanently attached, three sided, metal building package is hereby amended as follows: The building is a two-story building and a 750 lbs wheelchair lift shall be supplied and installed by the Contractor. The Government is responsible for interior and exterior stairs and landings, interior walls, and electricals and lights. The Contractor shall install electricals to the panelboard. All mechanicals will be completed by the Government at a later date. The Contractor shall install the second story floor. The Government will not supply the gutters as previously stated. The Contractor shall supply and install all gutters and down spouts. The site visit date is changed to September 7, 1999. The closing date is changed to September 20, 1999.
