This is a combined synopsis/Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Television-Audio Support Activity intends to procure the following item: Twenty (20) each, Gel Systems p/n BM80043-01, Student Console, C/O student booth (CS015C) student level IV amplifier (CAA-15) headset/microphone HM7 (13526-08), personal computer multimedia, keyboard mouse, and MPEG video card (PL4200-01), cables and interconnecting/miscellaneous hardware (26903-01) integration of components (BM80046-01) and surge protector (PL4201-01). Standard warranty is required. The date of delivery is 60 days after contract award. Ship to: Lilongwe, Malawi. The Government anticipates negotiating and entering into contract on a sole source basis with Gel Systems Inc and/or their authorized distributors, under the authority of FAR 13.501and FAR 6.003 only one responsible source and on other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be consider by the agency, responses to this notice should be provided in writing.
