Provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, and transportation to remove approximately 3,300 square feet of decking and associated structural framing from a timber-frame dock. Install 4 each, 12-inch diameter wood piles. Construct approximately 20 linear feet of a new timber-frame retaining wall. Provide and place fill behind wall. Replace damaged/weak heavy timber framing members including pile caps, columns, and stringers. Construct approximately 300 square feet of timber framing to change the decking configuration of the dock. The project is located at the U. S. The work required by this solicitation is identified as Industry Standard 1629 and the applicable size standard is $17.0 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years.
