Nelson, 561-882-6510 The Contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management and transportation to furnish basic and advanced life support ambulance transportation service to eligible VA beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center (VAMC), West Palm Beach, FL -- Twenty-four (24) hours a day seven days a week to and from the VAMC within the state of Florida. Service will include transportation to points within a 300-mile radius of the VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL 33410-6400. SIC: 4119. Period of performance is to begin approximately January 7, 2000 through January 6, 2001 with one option year renewal period. The is a commercial procurement in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Solicitation documents will be issued on or about September 13, 1999. All requests for solicitation documents must be in writing and must be received within thirty (30) calendar days of date of publication of this notice. Questions regarding thesolicitation shall be in writing and faxed to 561-882-6507 no later than 15 calendar days prior to solicitation submission date.
