The Oregon Army National Guard, Oregon Military Academy requires catering services for September 1-3 & 7 30, 1999. Meals are as follows: 1520 total breakfast meals, 1220 total lunch meals and 1400 total dinner meals. A breakdown per day is available. All meals are to be delivered to the High Desert training Center prepared. The center does not have a kitchen facility available for preparing food. All meals will be served in a buffet style except for the boxed lunches. Breakfast will have a minimum of Coffee, Juice and Milk, eggs, potatoes, Ham, bacon or sausage, pancakes or waffles, oatmeal or cream of wheat and a piece of fresh fruit and condiments. Lunch will have a minimum of Coffee, Milk and punch or ice tea, meat entr e, salad (Choice of 2 kinds) with dressings, seasonal fresh fruit, potato, rice or noodles, rolls, bread sticks or toast and dessert with condiments. Box lunches will have a minimum of milk, juice carton, sandwich (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, Tuna, Egg or Chicken Salad), potato or pasta salad or fruit, cookies or brownies, bag of large chips, raisins or fruit rollups, and 2 packages of mayonnaise and mustard, packaged pickles and tomatoes. Dinner will include the minimum of Coffee, milk and punch or ice tea, meat entr e, potato, noodles or rice, salad with dressings (2 choices), cooked vegetables, rolls or breadsticks and dessert with condiments. Award estimated between 25,000 35,000. Contractor has to be registered on CCR to be given award.
