The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) intends to procure on a sole source basis with Institute for Control & Restraint-Millstadt, IL 62260, for the purchase of 750 each Inspector/Student Manuals; 1600 each Agent/Student CQC Manuals and 100 each Agent/Instructor Manuals. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to Gaithersburg, Maryland 20877. Award will be based on price and acceptance of payment via EFT. This procurement will follow both commercial and simplified acquisition procedures under FAR Part 12 & 13. All applicable FAR Part 12 clauses/provisions shall apply and form an integral part of the award. Awardee must complete an SF-3381, ACH Vendor Enrollment/Miscellaneous Payment Form for payment via EFT.
