Specific locations on base and quantities to be specified on each delivery order. The contractor must be able to provide emergency deliveries, as specified on a delivery order which will be faxed to the contractor. The contractor must be physically located within one driving hour, not to exceed 60 miles (based on standard workday driving conditions) of Portsmouth, Naval Medical Center. The contractor must be able to fill Oxygen, Nitrogen, Nitrous Oxide and Carbon Dioxide locally. All miscellaneous and specialty gases may be filled other then locally with a 2 week lapse for filling. All services will be rendered by Board Certified Professionals, or certified in their field of endeavor and approved by the FDA and OSHA.
