The work to be performed under the resulting contract consists of furnishing all material, labor, and equipment, and performing all work associated with the replacement of the overhead electrical distribution system along Missile Drive. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following principle features: Replacement of existing overhead electrical distribution system (13.8KV) with an underground (UG) system. Performance period for resultant construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 160 calendar days. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. This solicitation is a Request For Proposal -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). When solicitation package is downloaded, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. The issue date will be on or about 17 August 1999 with a proposal due date 30 calendar days after RFP issuance.
