Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to renovate the electrical distribution system in the Administration Building at USCG Group Woods Hole, Woods Hole, MA (Barnstable County). Work includes the removal of six (6) existing electrical panelboards and replacement with five (5) new electrical panelboards. Installation of new secondary surge arrestor and kwh/demand meter. Installation of ten (10) new window air conditioning units and programmable timers. Installation of two (2) new ceiling fans and new branch circuits as indicated in contract drawings. Installation of new wiring, conduit, and other equipment necessary to furnish a complete installation. Contractor also responsible for all incidental related work. Estimated cost of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000 dollars. SIC code is 1731. The DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the bond amount to a surety against losses.
