The work involves replacement of all interior fluorescent, H.I.D., emergency and soffit lighting. The work also includes modification to outdoor parking lot lighting. All conduits, wiring and panel boards shall be reused as far as possible. The estimated price range is between $1,800,000 and $2,600,000 with completion within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
