This project provides for the alteration/addition of building 305. The work involves selective demolition consisting of site demolition comprised of concrete sidewalks, certain site utilities, removal of several trees and shrubbery, plus removal of miscellaneous items. Building demolition includes removal of the existing wood framed breezeway between building 305 and 307 and interior demolition in building 305. Existing wood stairs on the north and south sides of building 305 are also to be removed. New construction consists of completely renovating the interior of building 305, construction of 3,263 square feet of addition to building 305, new breezeway betwen buildings 305 and 307, and site work including grading and drainage work, new concrete sidewalks and site utilities, sanitary sewer, storm drainage system, and water line. The contract performance period for this project is 180 calendar days. The magnitude of this acquisition is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000.00.
