Y -- CONSTRUCTION OF TWO (2) POTABLE WATER STORAGE TANKS SOL IFB-99-07/MAG DUE 092499 POC Marie Garcia, Contract Specialist, (505) 248-4557 or Diego Lujan, Contracting Officer, (505) 248-4560 Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment for construction of two (2) water storage tanks, complete with foundation, piping and all necessary appurtenances for each tank. The tanks capacities shall be 126,000-gallon and 169,000-gallon. The project shall include completion of site grading requirements and installation of approx. 240 ft. of chain link fencing around each tank. Each tank may be of either of the following tank types, bolted steel reservoir with a factory-applied coating in accordance with AWWA D-103 or welded steel reservoir in accordance with AWWA D-100. Project work sites is on the Mescalero Apache Indian Reservation, Otero County, NM. The estimated price range is between $150,000 to $275,000.
