The National Park Service is soliciting bids on a full and open competitive basis, from qualified companies, for the Assembly of a Storage Building at the Maintenance Facility in Mongoose Junction, Cruz Bay, St. John, VIIS. The work of this contract will consist of furnishing the materials, labor, supervision, and equipment to demolish existing 4' high concrete block walls, mechanically saw cutting concrete pavement, excavation for footings, placing concrete footings and slab, and assembling the Government furnished steel storage building. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. The solicitations will be available on or about August 16, 1999. ALL requests for the solicitation MUST be in writing.
