Complete in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The work includes, but is not necessarily resticted to the following: The structure is a rigid frame pre-engineered metal building on a slab on grae. The exterior skin and roof will be manufacturer's standard grade preformed metal. Interior partitions are metal stud and gypsum drywall. interior finishes will be painted walls, 2' x 2' acoustical ceiling tiles, and vinyl floors with exception of the conference room and offices which will have carpet and the restrooms will have ceramic tile floors and wainscot. Site work shall include development of parking for building occupants and fencing of the remainder of the site for storage of equipment. The HVAC system shall be comprised of a central air handler, outdoor condensing unit and a packaged make-up air unit. Plumbing work will include restroom facilities with a single shower for each gender as well as a sink in the break room. Electrical communications, power and data connections will be provided within this scope of work. The contract magnitude is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. A statutory Cost Limitation of $500,00.00 applies to this project which includes any and all administrative Government costs relating to this item. The applicable SIC Code and size standard are 1542/$17 million, respectively. This acquisition is unrestricted. this project will issue on or about 17 Aug 99.
