MODIFICATION TO INCREASE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF CONTRACT The proposed contractual action is a modification to increase the estimated amount of the contract total for the three Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Solution Order Concept (SOC) contracts at Naval Air Station, Key West, Florida from $20,000,000 to $30,000,000. These contracts awarded 22 July 1998 under Request for Proposals N62467-98-R-1031 are: (1) N62467-98-D-1031 with Pedro Falcon Electrical Contractor, Inc., Big Pine Key, FL, (2) N62467-98-D-1032 with JCI International, Inc., Miami, FL, and (3) N62467-98-D-1033 with Kohly Construction, Inc., Miami, FL. These IDIQ Solution Order Concept Contracts are for new construction, renovations, alterations and repairs, and demolitions for Area of Responsibility (AOR) for Southern Division Naval Facilities Engineering Command Field Office Key West, Florida.
