NATO/SACLANT has the requirement for General Accounting Functions using ORACLE Financial Software. 2. Schedule of Services. the contractor will provide the following services to the WGNAS on an as requred (task order) basis: (a)Technical accounting advice on the differences in accounting basis (b)Technical financial advice on the cost-benefit to the NATO on implementing a variety of accounting standards (c)Advice on the need and utility of reconciling output costs back to formal accounts. (d)Assist in the preparation of recommendations for a hierarchy of accounting assumptions, principles, objectives, standards, and reporting format that meets the general requirements of the Alliance. (e) Attend meetings of the WGNAS and Ad Hoc Group of financial Controllers to provide professional expertise. 3. Contract Duration: the contraxct will be for one year from the date of initial task order with an option for two follow-on years. 4.
