Business programs are changing fast! This seminar is designed to guide
participants through the new rules with an emphasis on the eligibility
requirements and competitive advantages afforded to small businesses in
Federal Procurement. The program will include discussion of the new
8(a) Business Development program rules; the HUBZone program; and the
certification requirements of, and competitive advantages afforded to,
small and small and disadvantaged businesses. The program will be
especially useful to small business contractors doing business with the
Federal Government and large business prime contractors subject to
subcontracting plan requirements. The seminar is being presented by
Lorenzo F. Exposito, Esq. of Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP.
