The contractor will provide a course of study in Electrical Appliance Repair to the inmate population. The contractor is required to provide quailified instruction that demonstrates the experience and expertise required to instruct courses leading to the issuance of a certificate. The institution anticipates the course of study will require 18 hours per week. The anticipated period of performance will be from an award through 12 months. Additionally, the contract shall provide for four (4) twelve month option periods. The anticipated release date of this solicitation is August 18, 1999; closing September 21, 1999.
