The new system shall include a new Head End System consisting of: LINX Xtreme V7.0 Application Software, New Central Processing System and associated hardware, New Formware for all existing field panels which are to include SmartLinx 8, SmartLinx IV, Smart MUX IV, Linx MUXI, and Linx Smart Ram. The Employee Badging System will be an integrated badging system sharing a common database with the Card Key Access Control System. The procurement shall include all labor, hardware, and training. The upgrade shall be 100 percent compatible with existing RUSCO and Smart Read I card readers capable of supporting Magnetic Stripe Card Readers and SEIWG-12 compliant badges and must be fully Y2K compliant.
