delivery/indefinite quantity contract will involve environmental data
gathering and documentation in support of the Fish and Wildlife Studies
and Environmental Compliance Programs. Work will include preparing of
fish and wildlife studies and environmental compliance documents for
benthic invertebrate, anadromous and resident fish, and wildlife;
investigations and report preparation; fish and wildlife mitigation
plans, including Habitat Evaluation Procedure (HEP) analyses;
stream/habitat assessment; wetlands delineation; Environmental Impact
Statements or Environmental Assessments; Section 404(b) Evaluations;
Endangered Species Biological Assessments; Coastal Zone Management
Consistency Determinations; Ocean Dumping Act Section 103 Evaluations;
and Anadromous Fish Passage Improvement Studies, including hydraulic
design. Contract period will be one year with four option years. Work
will be performed under negotiated task orders up to a maximum of $1.5
million per period. Best value source selection procedures will apply;
