Work will include preparing of fish and wildlife studies and environmental compliance documents for benthic invertebrate, anadromous and resident fish, and wildlife; investigations and report preparation; fish and wildlife mitigation plans, including Habitat Evaluation Procedure (HEP) analyses; stream/habitat assessment; wetlands delineation; Environmental Impact Statements or Environmental Assessments; Section 404(b) Evaluations; Endangered Species Biological Assessments; Coastal Zone Management Consistency Determinations; Ocean Dumping Act Section 103 Evaluations; and Anadromous Fish Passage Improvement Studies, including hydraulic design. Contract period will be one year with four option years. Work will be performed under negotiated task orders up to a maximum of $1.5 million per period.
