This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The purpose of this procurement is to purchase two (2) fifteen (15) ton computer room Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) units to replace the existing fifteen (15) ton units in the 300 and 400 areas of NASA White Sands Test Facility (WSTF). These units shall have an enclosure containing an evaporator/AHU to be located inside the computer room and a separate outdoor enclosure that is weather proof with condenser and compressors. Units shall be ETL or UL listed. The units shall be Data Aire Inc., Model Number DAAD/U-16 or equal. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 5075 and 100, respectively. The quoter shall state in their quotation their size status for this procurement. All qualified responsible business sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to White Sands Test Facility is required within 30 days ARO. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Quotations for the items(s) described above are due by August 11 and may be mailed or faxed to Michael Lalla, NASA WSTF, Las Cruces, NM 88005 or FAXED to 505 524-5130 and include, solicitation number, FOB destination to this Center, proposed delivery schedule, discount/payment terms, warranty duration (if applicable), taxpayer identification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and be signed by an authorized company representative.
