sources may submit an offer. This is a synopsis for services and
material to provide labor and materials to manufacture a PAINT FLOAT
14' Wide x 20' Long at Naval Station, Port Operations Ingleside, TX. A
separate written solicitation will be issued upon request. A
solicitation number N00244-99-R-0247 applies. This solicitation
document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-09 and Defense Federal
Acquisition regulations Supplement 1998 Edition, including updates as
of 07/29/99. The standard industrial code is 3731. The agency need is
for a Paint Float 14' Wide x 20' Long. The provision at FAR 52.212-1,
Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items and FAR Clause 52.212-4,
Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, apply. The clause at
FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement
Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items applies with the following
