Provide all material, labor, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision to remove and dispose of approx. 50,000 to 60,000 sq. ft. of cementitious slate siding from wood framed buildings which are to be demolished at Fort McCoy. The slate siding is Asbestos Containing Material (ACM) produced in the World War II ERA with an asbestos content between 1% and 40%. Contractor shall dispose of the debris at a location off of the Fort McCoy installation in landfill certified to receive asbestos containing material (ACM) of this nature. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A payment bond of 50% will be required on award. SIC code is 1542 and the small business standard size is 17.0 million.
