Work includes demolition and disposal of the existing window type air conditioners, ceiling mounted Casablanca type propeller fans and wall mounted exhaust fans; install new packaged, roof-mounted, horizontal heat pump with programmable Central Control Panel (CCP); provide electrical power supplies to the new heat pump and control transformer for the CCP.
