Furnish all labor material and equipment necessary to fill the area between the eroded shoreline adjacent to the Building 8 parking lot and the original riprap shoreline at Aids to Navigation Team Humboldt Bay, Samoa, CA. The objective of this project is to protect Coast Guard property by rebuilding the eroded shoreline. Work includes load, transport, and placement of sand at the project site; move existing concrete barriers and sandbags to allow access to the shoreline; install a high visibility boundary fence; and restore existing landscape, soil surface, and site to original condition.
